Mid-Lease Property Inspection $200 per visit Visual walkthrough; photos provided upon request.
Eviction Filing Assistance $250 minimum, up to $1500 ($100/hour) Includes document preparation and attorney coordination. Court fees paid by landlord.
Emergency Response $150 per call Coordination for urgent issues like plumbing, A/C, or break-ins.
Property Prep Before Move-In $350 minimum or 10% of total contractor fees Full vendor coordination + includes Move-Out Walkthrough.
Lease Renewal Preparation $125 Market comps, renewal documents, and tenant coordination.
Utility Transfer Coordination $75 per transfer Electricity, gas, and water transfer during move-in or move-out.
HOA Violation Follow-Up $100 Communication with HOA and owner, with photos and updates.
