Additional Income & Growth Opportunities

Opportunity Description
Showing Agent & Lease Showing Program Get paid to show homes, convert leads, and build your own client pipeline while gaining real-world experience. Agents showing lease clients are required to present at least one Home Dream Solutions listing first. If the client does not move forward with the HDS listing, the lead becomes yours to keep and convert.

Lease Client: $50 for showing if the lease converts for the House . If you keep the client and convert them , you pay $50 referral fee is paid to HDS.

Buyer Client: $50 per showing. $15 additional for every house shown in the same trip and same area, within 15 minutes of each other. If you end up representing the client, 25% referral fee - paid to HDS. 
Real Estate Assistant Help with listings, client follow-up, scheduling, paperwork, and backend tasks — paid part-time work.
Open House Support Earn while assisting at open houses and gain real-time buyer and tenant engagement experience.

Lease Open House: $50 for a converted lead for the house. All other leads are for the agent to keep and convert.

Sale Open House: $250 for a converted lead for the house. All other leads are for the agent to keep and convert.

Conversion means: The tenant or buyer from the open house is qualified, goes under contract, and closes on the property.
Marketing Help Join our content team to create social media posts, reels, flyers, and event promotions.
Lead Conversion Opportunities Work company-provided opportunities and build your own pipeline while receiving support.
