Intern • Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize real estate events
  • Reach out to vendors (Title, Builders, Inspectors, Lenders, Insurance)
  • Vendor coordination and partnership management
  • Online marketing + booth presence (once every two weeks)
  • Own and drive the HDS podcast by securing guests, coordinating episodes, and turning conversations into business opportunities
  • Create social media content & flyers
  • Assist in workshops & networking events
  • Build partnerships and grow community presence

Skills Required

  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional email writing ability
  • Comfortable making calls and follow-ups
  • Canva & social media familiarity
  • Organized and proactive
  • Interest in real estate/business
  • Ability to drive
 

Real Estate Intern

Full-Time / Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Agent/Broker in buying, selling, and leasing properties
  • Pick up and deliver keys, documents, and signage
  • Install and remove lockboxes and yard signs

Skills Required

  • Pursuing or Active Texas real estate license
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Professionalism and reliability
  • Ability to manage tasks independently
  • Valid driver’s license
 

Social Media Intern

For Credit • 15 hrs/week

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Assist in filming reels, property videos, and event coverage
  • Edit short-form videos (Reels, CapCut, etc.)
  • Design graphics using Canva or similar tools
  • Support marketing for community events & open houses
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content for branding
  • Track engagement and suggest growth ideas

Skills Required

  • Interest in social media, marketing, or real estate
  • Basic video editing skills (Reels / CapCut / InShot)
  • Creative mindset and trend awareness
  • Comfortable on camera or directing content
  • Organized, reliable, and proactive
